The class my student signed up for is not showing up on their Dashboard.
If your student contacted you that they do not see the class on their dashboard, check the following:
- Click on Participants and confirm they are enrolled. If not, contact support
- If they are showing in the Participants, click the wheel on the right side of the row with their name.
- Check to see if their enrollment period has expired. If so simply check the enrollment ends box and change the date for after the class date and time.
- If still not showing, go to Course Settings and check to see if the start date hasn't arrived yet. If so, simply change the date.
